The long and short of it.

Today Andre and Gui flew back to Mobile Alabama where their roommate Luis will pick them up and bring them back to Pensacola. Of course I wanted them to stay here longer but classes resume tomorrow and of course they had to get back. I already miss them!

We had a great time last night at Grandma & Grandpa's house. It was a chance for the guys to see everyone before they left and to thank Grandma & Grandpa for their kindness and extreme generosity.

The pictures below.......mostly of the guys and Sophie, are from last night. It was a birthday celebration for Tyler's 13th birthday which is this Wednesday October 6th. We had a great time and I love watching these guys interact with the family......but it is Sophie who get the undivided attention from Andre, Felipe and Gui!

Sophie was a little confused last night about who she thought Andre was. At one point in the evening.......(it was so cute) she was on Andre's left side leaning on him with her arm around him. I knew that for those minutes, as she was staying close and loving on Andre in her little way, that Sophie truly felt she was hugging and loving Julio.......I asked her who she was holding onto so tightly and she whispered "Julio silly"......My heart broke! Sophie is an equal opportunity sweetheart and she was Loving Julio at that moment.....And when she realized it was Andre...She loved him too! We miss you Julio!

I have to stop now because if I type anymore I will bust out in tears from missing Andre, Gui, Felipe and my first guy, Julio!
